Shipping Policy Effective Date: May 2025

1. Digital Delivery All products sold by Flodift are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased product via a download link.

2. Delivery Timeframe Digital products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download link or are unable to access your product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Failed or Missing Delivery If you experience any issues with your download, this may be due to an incorrect email address entered at checkout or a technical issue on our end. Contact us and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. Re-sending Downloads If your download link has expired or is no longer working, we are happy to resend it upon request. Please provide your order number and the email address used at checkout when contacting us.

5. No Physical Shipping As all our products are digital, we do not offer physical shipping, tracking numbers, or delivery estimates. No courier or postal services are involved in any of our orders.
