Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after your purchase to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your digital product must NOT have been downloaded or accessed. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund request, you can contact us at flodriftsa@gmail.com. Please note that once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

If your refund request is accepted, we'll process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund requests submitted without first contacting us will not be processed.

Damages and Issues
Please check your download immediately after purchase and contact us right away if the file is defective, corrupted, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain digital products cannot be refunded, such as eBooks or downloads that have already been accessed or downloaded, bundled digital products once any item in the bundle has been accessed, and products purchased on sale or with a discount code. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the right product is to contact us before downloading your purchase. Once a file has been accessed, we are unable to process an exchange. If the exchange is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the correct item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without justification, provided the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in being banned from future purchases.
