2. Our 7-Day Refund Guarantee

If you purchase a product from us and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

  • Refunds apply to individual eBooks and bundled digital products
  • Eligibility is based on your purchase date, not on whether the product has been opened
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.


6. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, since we're happy to issue a refund directly within the 7-day window. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in being banned from future purchases at Flodift.
